ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

  • All presentations (cases and free papers) should be of 4 mins duration.
  • All videos should be of 3 mins duration.
  • 1 minute-1 pearl could be a short video (preferable) or 2 slides conveying one clinical pearl.
  • Presentations with short videos must include all animations and video clips incorporated in the file.
  • Change in presenting author will not be entertained.
  • Presenter is responsible for submitting the presentation audio/video content in the latest compatible format.

    • E – POSTER PRESENTATION – CASE or FREE PAPER

    • Single document in powerpoint slide format created in Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 & above version only.
    • Must contain maximum 6 slides – including introduction and conclusion slide.
    • Slide size should be 16:9.
    • Page setup should be in landscape orientation.
    • File size must be less than 5MB.
    • Font size should be 16 & above.
    • Images used should be of good quality of 200 dpi resolution or above and be clearly labeled.
    • Do not incorporate audio, animations or videos in the slide.
    • Do not overcrowd the slide.
    • Use appropriate colours and adequate contrast for better view.

    E- VIDEO PRESENTATION

  • Videos should be of 1280 x 720 pixels’ resolution.
  • Videos should be of maximum 3 minutes’ duration.
  • Videos can have a voice over or additional audio clips.
  • Videos should be presented in landscape orientation.
  • Use appropriate colours and adequate contrast for better view.
  • Font size in the video for writing or description should be 16 or above

    • E-OMOP PRESENTATION
